Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing layouts.
• Inspect job sites to determine material, equipment, and installation requirements.
• Locate and mark pipe installation points, connections, passage holes, and fixtures.
• Cut openings in structures to accommodate pipes and fittings.
• Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems, fittings, valves, fixtures, and appliances.
• Install underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systems and connect them to building fixtures.
• Test plumbing systems by filling with water or air, monitoring gauges, and checking for leaks.
• Collaborate with other trades on the job site to ensure proper installation sequencing.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites daily.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to read and speak English
• Ability to solve simple mathematical equations
• Willing and able to work in outdoor elements year-round
• Plumbing license preferred, but not required
